Returns & Exchanges

At Photography Academy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your apparel and accessories. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print directly from your dashboard.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and secure the return label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days of receipt.
